Muffins

Our deliciously light chocolate chip muffins are a treat for all the family.
When out and about meeting and speaking with many of our Coeliac friends we were often asked for some "proper muffins"….and these are the results!.

They are packed in fours and they freeze beautifully.
Generously sized…plenty to share….
Rich and chocolatey….a treat for the chocolate lovers…
A tea time treat….or a lunch box favourite for the children.

We enjoy these muffins with ice cream. You could also add hot chocolate sauce to have as a pudding and fruit or fresh cream would make it a perfect summer time dessert.
