Treat our Gluten free loaf like any other loaf of bread. Butter it. Toast it. Cut it into soldiers to have with an egg. Even breadcrumb it to use in your own recipes. Maybe make Chicken kiev or use to coat fish.
Our Gluten free pizza bases can be fun for all the family. Add any topping you like even if its not the usual conventional toppings like ham and cheese. You could also make your own garlic bread to go with it. Make our Gluten free rolls into sandwiches, adding whatever filling you prefer. We made ours into ham salad rolls to take on a picnic.
Use our Gluten free Burger buns to make the perfect burger. First cook the meat then slice the bun in half and make it your own. Add cheese, salad or dressing but most of all make it exactly how you like it and enjoy.
Here at Wellfoods we know how frustrating it can be to see other people eating things you cant usually have. The flour...is the same flour we use in the Bakery. We know its good...and can be made into all sorts of goodies...pastry, cakes, sauces, fish batter etc etc.
Not only do we sell Gluten free products we have the Linda Kearns Cake. We were told by customers some of their favourite ways to have the cake... and we thought we would try them out to show you. You could break it up into a bowl for breakfast, add yogurt and honey or with some fresh fruit. Cranberry variety with some light Philadelphia...yum!! You could also have it with sliced banana or just spread some butter and jam over it.
